My only clear memory is that it was clearly produced from a chopped up plastic kit. Whoever made the kit hadn't glued the cockpit canopy in place squarely so it stuck out rather further on one side than the other.

The item is actually an old Airfix Battleground piece from Mainstream in the 1970s. I got one recently
