Great to see those old 15mm strips again, I bought many of them and recall being impressed by the level of detail etc. Looking at that advert today they still look good to me.
I think Hinchliffe also produced a 15mm range on strips around that time, called system 15 or something like that? Anyone remember those?

Wow. The first miniatures I ever painted were Minifigs 15mm strips ECW. I thought that cutting up the strips was a pain, but I rather liked the figures. I wish they were still available.

Wasn't Hinchliffe System 12? Won't pretend to be certain about that!
Yep, System 12 - short lived as they tended to break off at the ankles
Ah yes, it was 'system 12'. They must have introduced it as a rival scale to 15mm?
