What are these then? A major find from e-bay - I also won 28 mules and 14 Spanish Peninsular civilians.
Can anyone identify the manufacturer? Further pictures and the answer (if no-one gets it) will follow. If you think you know, please leave a comment below.
Clue: there are some pictures of figures by this maker elsewhere on the blog.
I am very, very, very pleased to have bought these figures - probably my second or third favourite purchase ever.
The bases look like they are William Brittons, but I'm no expert. Nice purchase though.
ReplyDeleteThe tension continues...
ReplyDeleteI suppose if I guessed it wouldn't count?

Tradition/Staddens
ReplyDeleteWell Rob, after all I did tell you. Would you have known anyway?
ReplyDeletedrusty - they were listed as possibly Tradition/Stadden but they aren't.
I had bids in for those but decided against as though they were pushed as Stadden they didn't quite look it Don't think they are Minot or I would have stayed in the game so unless they are Rose otherwise Im stumped- unless they are Minifigs 30mm but I have a few of those and they don' look it

ReplyDeleteIt was a good spot Harry and an admirable pincer movement to secure them.
ReplyDeleteWho ?by gum that is well before me- I thought I knew a little about early figures but I've never even heard of those.
ReplyDeleteI must have been less than a twinkle in my fathers eye when those were about the place.
