Five Years On

With typical efficiency I have missed that 8th April was the 5th anniversary of this blog (but not of vintage wargaming itself, which has been around for much longer).

As this is the Wooden Anniversary, I thought maybe this would be appropriate:

Real life and the normal slow down in posting have reduced the frequency of posts, but I hope to continue to add new (old) material as it comes to light. In the mean time I hope there is enough already here to make the blog a useful place to visit.

Ah well...

I noticed that if you divided the number of page views in the counter on the front page then it was almost exactly 1,000 per follower... then I noyiced the reading on the gadget was diffrerent to that in the page statistics...then I removed that gadget and replaced it with the more recent official blogger one...then it meant that there wre arounf 1170 pge views per follower... which wasn't a round number...which therefore wasn't interesting...and includes web crawlers etc...ad then I forgot I was in mid sentence ... so it wan't worth losing sleep over...and now I have removed the interesting to note...so neither of our comments make much sense either,
